Chamber membership is not only the primary funding mechanism for the Chamber, it is also the lifeblood of the organization. The Montgomery Area Chamber of Commerce is the River Region's only fully integrated economic development organization which addresses corporate recruitment, tourism, small business development, governmental affairs, military affairs, and workforce development. Approximately 1,900 businesses and individuals in Montgomery and the River Region enjoy the benefits of investment in the Chamber including the opportunity to directly impact local economic growth.
