Annually the Windsor Heights Chamber, powered by the Urbandale Chamber, honors a citizen in Windsor Heights who has gone above and beyond for the community.
This individual is surprised with balloons in late September and given the actual award during the Windsor Heights Fall Festival. This year, the festival is October 5-6, 2024. The award is given just before the band on Saturday night, October 6th.
