NEW! Leadership Urbandale

The Urbandale Chamber of Commerce is enthusiastic to start a Leadership Academy in Urbandale.  With a total of seven (7) classes and graduation at Central Iowa Business Conference, Leadership Urbandale will teach about all about the city, businesses within the community and gain leadership experience.

A city is as strong as its leaders in business, government, community, and neighborhoods and your sponsorship will advance our regional leaders' skills, issues-education, and relationships.

Sponsorship of Leadership Urbandale offers you the opportunity to be a part of bringing influential leadership training to the future leaders of the Urbandale area.

The goals of the program is to create a pipeline of leaders who use their time and talent to help the Urbandale community thrive.  Graduates of this program will:
