Recognition - Naming rights for Central Iowa Business Academy as the event is named CIB Academy, presented by (your company name).
Build strong CONNECTIONS and RELATIONSHIPS through face time with a welcoming video promo recorded in advance of the first event and distributed on all promotional outlets for CIBA. This video will recorded in-person at the Urbandale Chamber office. The video message is used to promote all 5 sessions of the series. Within this short marketing video, the sponsor may communicate a company marketing message.
This video is distributed by being emailed to every member receiving event emails (approximately 2,200). In addition, the video is embedded in the online listing promoting the events.
Receive publicity on the www.uniquelyurbandale.com and www.dsmpartnership.com, with a link to your website, as the presenting sponsor of the CIB Academy in the Chamber Events listings for the entire year.
Signage provided by the Presenting Sponsor is placed at each of the five CIB Academy sessions.
Marketing also includes social media pushes on the Chamber's Facebook and LinkedIn pages promoting the event and the presenting sponsor.
The sponsor will also receive a list of attendees after each session.
At each CIB Academy, you may provide promotional items to share with each participant.
In addition, receive a 2-minute commercial opportunity at each CIB Academy event and assist the Chamber Leadership Team in emceeing the event. This sponsorship takes place from April 2024 - August 2024.
