Pre-Event Recognition - Your logo will be displayed on all event promotional materials distributed via email to members of the Chamber (2,200) and through uniquelyurbandale.com, windsorheightschamber.com and dsmpartnership.com.
During the Event - You may distribute information to attendees by placing materials on each chair.
You will also receive face-time recognition by receiving the opportunity to address attendees briefly before introducing our speakers.
In addition, display your products/services during the networking exhibition ($175 value) and if desired, provide bags with your company's logo for the attendees to keep their promotional items from the event, as provided. You may collect business cards to conduct a drawing from the podium if desired, but not required.
Post Event:
The Presenting Sponsor will also receive a list of all attendees for post-event marketing purposes.
