B.A.S.H. | Business And Social Hour Presenting Sponsorship is perfect for a company interested in being in front of business professionals every month.
The Presenting Sponsor records a video message to promote each of the ten B.A.S.H. events. Within this short marketing video, the sponsor may communicate a company marketing message. The sponsor should send this video to Chamber staff two weeks prior to each B.A.S.H. event.
2024-2025 Dates: April 9, May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, October 8, November 12, December 10, January 14, February 11.
This video is distributed using the Chamber's social media channels and emailed to every member receiving event emails (approximately 3,500). In addition, the video is embedded in the online listing promoting the event. This event listing is found on the Urbandale Chamber's website and the Greater Des Moines Partnership's event calendar.
At the event, the Presenting Sponsor has the opportunity to emcee the event (if desired), which includes welcoming everyone, introducing and thanking the hosting sponsor. The Presenting sponsor is also encouraged to bring and display their business banner near the registration table.
Lastly, the Presenting Sponsor receives an electronic list of all participating attendees for marketing purposes following each event.
