Pop-ins treat sponsor: Pop-In Thank You Treat

cost: $500


This sponsorship can be secured either in trade for the goodies every month (no cost) or with cash so we can purchase a treat every month.

Monthly we hand out the thank you treat for up to 12 member businesses. You can provide your business card in each thank you box/bag every month.

We ask that treats be delivered to the Chamber office on Wednesday before Thursday Pop-Ins by 4 p.m. Staff will send a reminder to assist in the timing of the treat delivery.

You are also invited to attend every pop-in with chamber staff and Connectors to show your appreciation.

The sponsor will receive one (1) e-blast marking piece. Date to be determined.

The Urbandale Chamber allows members the opportunity to communicate with more than 2,200 area business professionals by emailing the Chamber a .jpeg or .png electronic file no larger than 2 MB in file size. The Chamber office then sends the document via e-mail to the membership. "PAID SPONSORSHIP" is added to the subject line of the e-mail.

The Urbandale Chamber sends no more than one blast email per week. Any time after the contract is signed and turned in, you may reserve your preferred week. Weeks are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please send the artwork 2-weeks prior to your reserved week. The file size should be no larger than 2MB. jpeg or .png files are the best, however pdf files are accepted.

If the file is not sent prior to the reserved week the Chamber staff will do their best to find the next closest week available to send the document.
