The Presenting Sponsor will receive maximum exposure with this sponsorship that takes place from May through December.
The Presenting Sponsor will have their business name and logo on all of the 2024 Movies in the Park event social media posts promoting the events on the Windsor Heights Chamber social media and the City of Windsor Height's social media. Movies the Park is also promoted on Catch DSM, Cumulus Radio, area schools and churches as well as on Next Door and your business logo/name will be prominently displayed/mentioned with each event promotion.
During the event, the Presenting Sponsor may set up a table to showcase your business during each of the events (May 3, June 7, August 2, Sept. 6, Oct. 4 and Dec 7). In addition, the Presenting Sponsor will receive signage displayed during each of the events.
Lastly, the presenting sponsor is also able to speak for about 2-3 minutes at all of of the Movies in the Park events as well.
Last year, Movies in the Park attracted an average of 350 attendees per movie.
