Name of Sponsorship: Urbandale New Resident Mailing - Flyer/Coupon insert
Benefits: Save mailing costs and partner with the Chamber to reach new residents to our community! Add your own coupon/discount/flyer to the Urbandale welcome mailing. The size must not exceed a single-sheet 8 1/2 x 4" and you must supply copies of the insert. Each month the number of new residents will vary, but we average 100 per month/1,200 per year. You may drop off a large supply of inserts at the beginning of the year or change up your offer every month. This sponsorship is for the entire year from March 2024- February 2025! The cost is just $33.25 per month or $0.33 per person - that is less than half of the cost of a postage stamp!

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
