Benefits: Pre-Event Recognition - Your logo will be displayed on all event promotional materials distributed via email to members of the Chamber (2,200) and through uniquelyurbandale.com, windsorheightschamber.com and dsmpartnership.com. Event Perk: Two (2) tickets to attend the event ($70 value). During the event: Your two attendee reps may stand by the breakfast table to greet attendees. If applicable, menus may be distributed to attendees. Post Event: Receive a list of all attendees for post-event follow up. This event is Wednesday, April 17th, 2024. Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
