Benefits: Align your company with supporting the community and local causes that make our community brighter during this unique event designed to provide both recognition and financial support to our area non-profits. Supporting Sponsor logos will be proudly displayed at the luncheon on tables and on the power point during the presentation. Sponsors will also be recognized and asked to stand. Prior to the lunch, sponsors will have their logo and/or business name in the event listing on www.uniquelyurbandale.com, www.dsmpartnership.com and on the luncheon invitation emailed to approximately 2,200. Event Perk - Receive two ticket to the lunch ($58 value) and five (5) votes to use to support the non profit(s) of choice, In addition, all company employees may attend at a discounted rate of $24 per person ($5 pp savings) and receive an electronic list of all registered attendees for follow-up. Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
