Benefits: This is your opportunity to reach new residents to Windsor Heights! On average, Windsor Heights welcomes 200 new residents every year. The Windsor Heights City Council is committed to meeting with each new resident to the community and this is your opportunity to add a flyer promoting your business to the packet they will be handing new residents. The flyer can be no larger in size than an 8 x 10. The Chamber would need to receive 200 copies by April 1st. If additional copies are needed later in the year, the Chamber will reach out. This opportunity is from April 2024 - March 2025.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
