Benefits: The sponsor for the Windsor Heights 2024 Citizen of the Year award aligns themselves with excellence as they sponsor the recognition efforts for one of Windsor Height's finest. This sponsorship includes: The opportunity to hand the winner the balloon bouquet and say a few words during the Citizen of the Year surprise that will take place in late September. The Chair of the Windsor Heights Chamber emcees this event and makes the announcement. The sponsor will immediately follow to hand the balloon bouquet and say a few words of congratulations before turning the floor over to the winner. The opportunity to present the award to the recipient during Fall Fest on Saturday, October 6, 2024 and stand next to the recipient with the Windsor Heights Chamber Chair during the official photo. Lastly, the sponsor will receive their logo in the Urbandale Chamber newsletter and name mentioned in the press release announcing the 2024 Citizen of the Year.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
