Benefits: Presenting Sponsor: $10,000 (exclusive) With this sponsorship, your name/logo will be featured at every event during the summer: Nights in the Heights Free Summer Concert Series, the 4th of July celebration and "Business Night", the final concert featuring area businesses. Dates: June 25 - Nights in the Heights July 4 - Nights in the Heights Independence Day Celebration July 9 - Nights in the Heights July 16 - Nights in the Heights July 23 - Nights in the Heights July 30 - Nights in the Heights Business Night Benefits: With this sponsorship, your name/logo will be featured at every event during the summer concert series (see above). Company/organization logo or individual name receives recognition though - o Sign-a-cade placed at venue during concerts/events; o On Windsor Heights Foundation Event Website o Related social media (Facebook/Instagram) promotions; o Listing as Presenting Sponsor within event press release(s), and o Verbal recognition at every event. o Company/organization/individual logo placed on any ads donated for the celebration o Ability for company/organization/individual to include promotional piece/item at Foundation table at events (with Foundation approval). o Opportunity for tabling at every event, showcasing your business. Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
