Benefits: Sponsorship of Leadership Urbandale offers you the opportunity to be a part of bringing influential leadership training to the future leaders of the Urbandale area. A city is as strong as its leaders in business, government, community, and neighborhoods and your sponsorship will advance our regional leaders' skills, issues-education, and relationships. This sponsorship creates brand awareness to leaders not only within the Urbandale Chamber, but within the Urbandale community! Recognition - Logo will be aligned with all marketing materials surrounding Leadership Urbandale - from program promotion to the program packets given to each attendee. This includes, but is not limited to • Sponsor logo on event print/online announcements and signage • Logo on the back cover of the class members notebook and on every class session agenda • Logo on signage placed at each of the monthly training sessions (7 sessions plus graduation) • Logo on signage and recognition at graduation ceremony and reception A representative from your company may have the opportunity to speak (7-minutes) at the first session of Leadership Urbandale on September 19th, 2024 to welcome participants and distribute any company materials or promotional item to each attendee. In addition to aligning your company with a high-quality leadership program, the Presenting Sponsor receives two complimentary tickets to attend the Central Iowa Business Conference 2025 (CIBC) ($650 value) to engage with the 2024 Leadership class, attend graduation and reception. The Presenting Sponsor may have a representative there during graduation to help the Chamber honor each participant with a certificate of completion of the program and have 2-minutes of stage time before the ceremony. If desired the Presenting Sponsor may provide a photo backdrop to be placed in the reception for graduates to take their photo in front of.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
