Benefits: Place your company name in front of members on April 27th from 8:30 - 10 a.m. as a company interested in what is happening in the community, the county, and the state! The sponsorship also includes signage at each Talk with Officials event, event promotion on both the community events calendar and Chamber events calendar (www.uniquelyurbandale.com), Windsor Heights Chamber calendar (www.windsorheightschamber.com) and Des Moines Partnership event calendar (www.dsmpartnership.com.) This sponsorship also provides the opportunity for face time with the ability to provide up to a 2-minute company overview (if desired).

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
