Benefits: Pick the Date of the Movie (approval needed for availability at Colby Park) Date Night Movie Sponsor will be recognized on the Date Night social media posts that are created for the event. The Date Night Movie is also promoted on Catch DSM, Cumulus Radio, and area churches as well as on Next Door. We invite the Date Night sponsor to attend the movie and include a table where the business can showcase their products. There will also be signage with the businesses name and logo at the Date Night movie. The sponsor will be given the opportunity to speak for 2-3 minutes before the movie.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
