Benefits: The Presenting Sponsor will have their business name and logo on all of the event's social media events. Presenting Sponsors can address the crowd for up to five minutes as part of our remarks before the headlining band takes the stage Friday evening. Presenting Sponsors can have a table to showcase their business during the Fall Festival on one or both days (if desired) in the location of their choosing, however neither are required. The Presenting Sponsor logo will be featured on the banner above the pavilion stage. The event will have multiple Presenting Sponsor signs with the Sponsor's logo at the event. The Presenting Sponsor will also be recognized by the emcee at the Windsor Heights Fall Festival Parade.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
