Benefits: The Gold Sponsor will have their business name and logo on all of the events social media posts about the Fall Festival. The Gold Sponsor will be able to set up a table to showcase their business on the Saturday of the Fall Festival at a location of choice. The Gold Sponsor will also have their business name and logo on signage located around the Fall Festival, and Sponsors are recognized during our programming before the headlining band Saturday night.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
