Benefits: The Sponsor for a Fun Game will have their business name and logo on all social media posts that involve decided game. There will also be a sign near the Game station that will showcase the sponsor, with business name and logo. A space for a table to showcase the Game Sponsor's business will be provided in close proximity to the game area.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
