Benefits: Align your company by supporting Young Professionals! Sponsoring this program allows a representative 3 minutes before each session to introduce themselves and your business. Sponsor may also host events at their location (location must be able to accommodate 30 attendees). If sponsor chooses not to host, the series will be hosted at the Urbandale Chamber office. The YP2YP Program is a series of four panel-style events highlighting young professionals who are experts in their field. Topics pertain to areas that may still be intimidating or unknown to the young professional demographic. The YP2YP series allows young professionals to share their area of expertise, as well as open the floor for attendees to get answers to burning questions in these topics. 2024 topics include: Sales - June 26, 2024 Social Media and Marketing - September 17, 2024 Hear from "OG YPs" - December 18, 2024 Topic TBD - February 12, 2025

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
