Benefits: SPONSORSHIP ONLY FOR MEMBER NON-PROFITS. This sponsorship allows one (1) person from the non-profit to attend the December luncheon and display an Exhibitor Booth (table provided) for the non-profit organization. Recognition - display your products/services during the networking exhibition ($150 value). Network with attendees to educate about your non-profit. One non-profit will be chosen to receive a check for amount determined by donations from attendees. Prior to the lunch, participating non-profits will have their logo and/or business name in the event listing on www.uniquelyurbandale.com, www.dsmpartnership.com and on the luncheon invitation emailed to approximately 2,200. Event Perk - Receive one ticket to the lunch ($29 value), all other company employees may attend by registering on the chamber website and purchasing another lunch ticket. Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
