Name of Sponsorship: Central Iowa Business Conference - South Hall/Main Ballroom Exhibitor Booths
Benefits: Opportunity to showcase your products and/or service to the expected 400+ conference attendees. Engage with registered attendees of the 2024 Central Iowa Business Conference to be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024. Be amongst the exhibitor and breakout area but this trade show booth will be located in either the main ballroom or South hallway of the conference. Exhibitor booths include a table, 1 wastebasket, and 110 volt electric, power strip and extension cord included. Exhibitor Booth Sponsors receive one (1) full conference ticket (includes lunch and access to refreshments and conference sessions). ($325 Value). The option to purchase up to an additional three (3) full conference tickets at $199 per ticket. (Savings of $375) Lunch only tickets not offered at the 2024 conference. All representatives working the exhibitor booth must have a full-conference ticket. Listing of company description, logo, and web link on the program and website. Receive an electronic listing of all registered attendees following the conference.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
