OzarkLeads is an 8-month learning experience designed to develop community leaders who are committed to improving the quality of life in Ozark. The program will give participants a greater understanding of the Ozark community.
This is accomplished through peer-led classes featuring Ozark's history, government, education, economic development, public safety, and culture and quality of life. The course concludes with a facilitated experience on communicating as a leader.
