Conditions: • Sponsor is responsible for the following: - Video ad production cost �"One video or 5 videos may be submitted. The video purpose is to promote the State of Series. The video is to be provided to Chamber with a ratio of 16:9 or 4:3 in 1080p and be no more than a maximum of 60 seconds in length and a maximum file of 100MB. - Audio production cost �" One audio maybe provided or 5 audios maybe provided. The purpose of the audio is to promote the State of Series. The audio is to be provided to the Chamber in the following formats: MP3, OGG, M4A, MP4, AAC. - Providing images needed including company logos, relevant company images. All images are to be provided in high resolution. • The Chamber will select social media platform placement and ad placements. • All Creative Assets of the enhanced digital marketing package will be focused on Marketing Opportunities based on the Longview Chamber of Commerce REACH program/sponsorship. • The Longview Chamber of Commerce will have final approval of all creative aspects
