Additional benefits of this sponsorship includes an enhanced digital marketing package through the Chamber. The audience reached through this marketing package include visitors to the chamber's website as well as acquired, targeted businesses and business representatives. The enhanced digital marketing package reaches 160,000 total impressions in the following allocations:
• 25,000 impressions of video
• 10,000 impressions of audio
• 100,000 impressions of motion ads
• 25,000 impressions through geo-fencing.
Conditions:
• Sponsor is responsible for the following:
- Video ad production cost - The video is to be provided to Chamber with a ratio of 16:9 or 4:3 in 1080p and be no more than a maximum of 60 seconds in length and a maximum file of 100MB.
- Audio production cost - The audio is to be provided to the Chamber in the following formats: MP3, OGG, M4A, MP4, AAC.
- Providing images needed including company logos, relevant company images. All images are to be provided in high resolution.
• The Chamber will select social media platform placement and ad placements.
• All Creative Assets of the enhanced digital marketing package will be focused on Marketing Opportunities based on the Longview Chamber of Commerce REACH program/sponsorship.
• The Longview Chamber of Commerce will have final approval of all creative aspects.
