Benefits: One time list of approximately 1100 Chamber Membership database in Excel format. This only includes the following: Company name, primary contact, phone number, and mailing address. This list does not include email addresses, business categories or number of employees. These lists are not to be distributed to any other Chamber member except the one that requested and/or paid for it or that member's mailing service. It shall, under no circumstances, be distributed to non Chamber members. This mailing list cannot be used for political mailings of any kind and is non refundable after receipt of information. You will receive the mailing list after payment is received.

Please Note: Please secure your sponsorship by faxing (903-237-4049) or emailing (ssallee@longviewtx.com) this signed contract ASAP. Your signature binds this contract and acknowledges you agree to submit the full amount of the contract fee no later than 90 days prior to the program. Cancellation of this sponsorship is subject to a termination fee of 50% of the price of the contract. The Chamber will execute fulfillment of the sponsorship with the listed contract contact unless otherwise noted on the contract.
