Benefits: Chamber will: Produce and publish video invitation (on which sponsor logo will be placed); Invitations filmed; if spokesperson unavailable, B-Roll and voice over (Rescheduling incurs additional $200 cost for film company.); coordinate donated beverages from chamber distributors (beer, wine, and soft drinks only-TABC regulations do not allow for the Chamber to do this when hosted in a location with an active TABC license); promote after hours through the H.E.A.R.T Newsletter (distributed to 2,200), Bi-Weekly H.E.A.R.T Digital (emailed to ~2000 member emails), Chamber website page and various social media platforms; furnish name tags and Longview Chamber staff to register guests and collect business cards for the door prize drawings; Give all business cards collected to the sponsor at the close of the event. Sponsor will: provide location for after hours that will accommodate at least 150 people with immediate or adjacent parking to accommodate guests (location must be a chamber member in good standing); provide and place directional event signage if needed/required; arrange and pay for catering of food refreshments (by using chamber members only, a list will be provided) and water; arrange for a PA system (for large spaces) and registration table at venue entrance; deliver welcome address by 5:30 pm and an approximately 5-minute business themed "teaching moment" on success, overcoming challenges, leadership, etc; .provide a "grand prize" to be given away in a drawing; solicit additional door prizes from chamber members; arrange for clean-up at event end. Sponsor may use Chamber produced artwork for email invitation if they wish to print for distribution or mailing. NO FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL FOR 2023. Please note: Once a signed contract is received, the host location will be toured by Chamber staff to determine if the proposed location meets the requirements for hosting the event. NEW: An additional video, Company Spotlight video, will be produced using the B Roll and recording the company speaking piece to accompany it, highlighting the company's successes and messaging. A copy will be provided to the company, will be posted to the Chamber's web site and distributed through Chamber social media and bi-monthly REACH Newsletter.

Please Note: Please secure your sponsorship by faxing (903-237-4049) or emailing (ssallee@longviewtx.com) this signed contract ASAP. Your signature binds this contract and acknowledges you agree to submit the full amount of the contract fee no later than 90 days prior to the program. Cancellation of this sponsorship is subject to a termination fee of 50% of the price of the contract. The Chamber will execute fulfillment of the sponsorship with the listed contract contact unless otherwise noted on the contract.
