Your signature binds this contract and acknowledges you agree to submit the full amount of the contract fee no later than 90 days prior to the program. Cancellation of this sponsorship is subject to a termination fee of 50% of the price of the contract. The Chamber will execute fulfillment of the sponsorship with the listed contract contact unless otherwise noted on the contract.
