Benefits: NEW: "The LongviewNOW! Digital Magazine is produced twice a year to help attract and retain talent. Benefits: • Recognition of your sponsorship in both LongviewNOW! digital magazines and on the LongviewNOW! website. Additional benefits of this sponsorship includes an enhanced digital marketing package through the Chamber. The audience reached through this marketing package include visitors both of the Longview chamber's websites as well as acquired, targeted businesses and business representatives. The enhanced digital marketing package reaches 90,000 total impressions in the following allocations: • 5,000 impressions of video • 75,000 impressions of motion ads • 10,000 impressions through geo-fencing. Conditions: • Sponsor is responsible for the following: - Video ad production cost - The purpose of the video is to promote the LongviewNOW! collateral materials and is to be provided to Chamber with a ratio of 16:9 or 4:3 in 1080p and be no more than a maximum of 60 seconds in length and a maximum file of 100MB. - Audio production cost - The purpose of the audio is to promote the LongviewNOW! collateral materials and audio is to be provided to the Chamber in the following formats: MP3, OGG, M4A, MP4, AAC. �" The sponsor is to provide images needed including company logos, relevant company images. All images are to be provided in high resolution. • The Chamber will select social media platform placement and ad placements. • All Creative Assets of the enhanced digital marketing package will be focused on Marketing Opportunities based on the Longview Chamber of Commerce REACH program/sponsorship. • The Longview Chamber of Commerce will have final approval of all creative aspects.

Please Note: Please secure your sponsorship by faxing (903-237-4049) or emailing (ssallee@longviewtx.com) this signed contract ASAP. Your signature binds this contract and acknowledges you agree to submit the full amount of the contract fee no later than 90 days prior to the program. Cancellation of this sponsorship is subject to a termination fee of 50% of the price of the contract. The Chamber will execute fulfillment of the sponsorship with the listed contract contact unless otherwise noted on the contract.
