Benefits: • Retreat Description: This weekend is infamous for bringing the entire class together and developing a sense of family. The retreat starts off by having each class member review the results of their DISC Assessment with Carol Carlan of Carlan Consulting. The class then engages in team-building activities to better bond as a whole and to learn how to work as a team. Saturday is spent playing "SIMSOC: Simulated Society" game.
