The Winter Summit is hosted near the beginning of the year following the Summer Teacher Externship. All teacher externs from the previous summer are required to attend the Winter Summit. The goal is to help teachers develop deeper connections to the business community and participate in professional development to be better resources for their students entering the workforce.
