Benefits: Event Specific Benefits: • Opportunity to showcase your business, services and facilities to the business community • Opportunity to address attendees for promotion of your business • Opportunity to present a promotional item to each attendee • A copy of all business cards collected during event registration Marketing Benefits: • Promotion through the Chamber's website, email marketing, and extensive social media reach including the popular Robins To-Go group Host Responsibilities: • Event space and parking should accommodate 120-150 attendees • Arrange and pay for food refreshments and beverages - alcoholic and non-alcoholic (must use a chamber member) • Provide registration table at venue entrance • Provide at least one prize, valued at a minimum of $50, to be given away in a drawing • Provide entertainment Conditions: • Sponsor must sign and adhere to separate Chamber BAH sponsor contract detailing specific provisions and responsibilities of host. • Host Sponsors have NO FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL IN SOAR 2023.**

Should conditions arise that inhibit our ability to execute the program or offering as presented in the sponsorship materials, modifications may be made to the format of the event in as timely a way as possible. Any significant changes in format, delivery or target audience will be discussed and decided in partnership with hosts, partners, and sponsors. The sole discretion and decision-making authority on programming content, format, and delivery belongs to the Robins Regional Chamber.
