On the Urbandale Chamber website, www.uniquelyurbandale.com, and the Greater Des Moines Partnership website www.desmoinesmetro.com, on the genYP social media pages, and on an electronic invitation sent to the Urbandale Chamber membership. This event promotion will include the Presenting Sponsor's logo, as provided, and/or the Presenting Sponsor's business name.
At the event, the Presenting Sponsor will receive the ability to display signage, as provided, to be displayed prominently, have the ability to welcome guests and provide a 2-minute commercial and the ability to provide volunteers as official greeters. This give the presenting sponsor very valuable "face time" with each attendee. This event will take place in January 2020.
