The 1st Quarter Presenting Sponsorship is perfect for a company interested in being in front of business professionals every month for three months.This sponsorship contains industry exclusivity for the sponsored quarter. (does not include vendors)
This sponsorship includes the ability to record monthly video invite to promote each of the monthly luncheon speakers from January 2020-March 2020. Within this short marketing video, the sponsor will be able to communicate a company marketing message.
This video will be distributed using the Chamber's social media channels and emailed to every member receiving event emails (approximately 2,000). In addition, the video will be embedded in the online listing promoting the event. This event listing is found on the Urbandale Chamber's event calendar on www.uniquelyurbandale.com and the Greater Des Moines Partnership's event calendar. In 2018, the average social media reach for the video was 1,417 people, the average engagement was 188 post clicks and 93 reactions/comments/shares.
At each of the monthly events January 2020 - March 2020, the Presenting Sponsor has the opportunity for face-time exposure as the official event greeter at the Registration Table, have a display booth (if desired) ($525 value) located inside the room and display a banner (as provided) near the registration table for people to see when they walk in. In addition, the Presenting Sponsor has the opportunity to distribute marketing materials on each chair during each event. This sponsorship includes two (2) tickets to attend each of the three (3) luncheons, which is a $174 value. In addition, all company employees may attend at a discounted rate of $20 per person ($9 pp savings).
The Chamber's flyers found on each chair detailing events will contain the Presenting Sponsor logo and during the January 2020 luncheon, the Presenting Sponsor has the opportunity to welcome everyone, explain you are the Presenting sponsor for the quarter and give a short, 1-minute marketing message.
Lastly, the Presenting Sponsor will receive an electronic list of all attendees of the January, February, March 2020 luncheons concluding each luncheon for marketing purposes.
This high-value marketing opportunity broken down costs $333.33 per month - $58 in complimentary tickets plus $175 per month booth sponsorship = $100.33. There is a lot of exposure packed into this sponsorship.
