Benefits: Showcase your business on the Chamber's social media all year long! A minimum of twice per month, the Chamber will record a video to highlight upcoming programs and events to share on all social media platforms. The format will feature the 2019 Digital Video Sponsor by saying "This Chamber update is sponsored by (The 2019 Video Sponsor) and include a visual of their name and/or logo. This cost breaks down to $62.50 per video or less for months where more than one video is recorded. In addition to the social media outlets, the video will be included in the monthly Chamber newsletter, which has a distribution of more than 2,000.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
