Benefits: Exclusive Conference Bag Sponsor The bag will be given to each attendee to use for their conference folder, book, and items they receive from event vendors. Conference Bag Sponsor's 4-color-logo will be placed on one side of the bag with the CIBC logo placed on the other. Conference Bag Sponsor will be recognized in the Conference Program (distributed to all attendees). Conference Bag Sponsor will also have the ability to place information in the conference folder. Conference Bag Sponsor will receive 2 (two) tickets to the Central Iowa Business Conference with VIP Reception Access ($598 value).

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
