Youth Leadership Knox County is designed for high school juniors, and is composed of approximately 16 - 20 youth from Knox County schools, including Rivet, South Knox, North Knox and Vincennes Lincoln. YLKC is a development program designed to prepare high school students to become leaders in their school and community. The group meets one day a month for nine months, where each month focuses on developing leadership skills through assignments, group discussion, and industry tours, as well as two leadership conferences and Graduation events.
