Leadership Knox County

Leadership is the key ingredient in the continuing development of a thriving community.  This program provides a learning experience for existing and emerging leaders of Knox County. Participants will be given the opportunity to develop an understanding of opportunities and challenges of Knox County.  Participants will benefit from getting to know each other and from the formal and informal exchange of ideas and experiences.  The program is designed to be an educational experience and to prepare participants to lead for a better future.  Adult Leadership Knox County participants will enhance their leadership skills and will gain an awareness of the community through a series of one-day sessions.  Participants will learn about such topics as: local government, public safety, managing conflict, economic development, and many other topics.
