Host Responsibilities:
• Event space and immediate or adjacent parking should accommodate 30 people
• Arrange and pay for coffee & pastries (prefer use of chamber member)
• Provide and setup tables and chairs for networking
• Provide registration table at venue entrance
• Provide a prize to be given away in a drawing
• Event space needs to be open for Chamber staff 30 minutes before event.
