Event Specific Benefits:
• Opportunity to showcase your business, services and facilities to the business community
• Opportunity to address the guests
• A copy of all business cards collected during event registration
Marketing Benefits:
• Recognition in all event promotions via Chamber communications platforms
Host Responsibilities:
• Event space and immediate or adjacent parking should accommodate 30-50 people
• Arrange and pay for food refreshments and beverages (prefer use of chamber member)
• Provide registration table at venue entrance
• Provide a prize to be given away in a drawing
Host Recommendations:
• Provide alcoholic beverages (drink tickets to be used; sponsor accepts all liability)
• Provide entertainment
