40Below is the HBA young professionals group composed of members 40 years of age and younger. Events are held monthly and are attended by approximately 75 people. This group hosts community service projects, member mixers, an exclusive after-hours Parade of Homes Party Bus Tour and the annual HBA Halloween Party. .
