Add your own coupon/discount/flyer to the Urbandale welcome mailing. The size must not exceed a single-sheet 8 1/2 x 4" and you must supply copies of the insert.
Each month the number of new residents will vary, but we average 100 per month. You may drop off a large supply of inserts at the beginning of the year or change up your offer every month.
