This sponsorship creates Brand Awareness, Lead Generation, and of course, SALES.
Recognition - Naming rights for all 2021 AM Exchange events as the event is named AM Exchange, presented by (your company name).
Build strong CONNECTIONS and RELATIONSHIPS with face time at the registration table welcoming in each guest and a video promo recorded in advance of the event and distributed on social media networks. This video will either be recorded using Zoom or recorded in-person at the Urbandale Chamber office depending. The video message is used to promote each of the monthly AM Exchange events. Within this short marketing video, the sponsor may communicate a company marketing message.
This video is distributed using the Chamber's social media channels and emailed to every member receiving event emails (approximately 2,200). In addition, the video is embedded in the online listing promoting the event. This event listing is found on the Urbandale Chamber's event calendar on www.uniquelyurbandale.com and the Greater Des Moines Partnership's event calendar. In 2020, the average social media reach for the video was 1,417 people, the average engagement was 188 post clicks and 93 reactions/comments/shares.
Receive publicity on the www.uniquelyurbandale.com and www.desmoinesmetro.com, with a link to your website, as the presenting sponsor of the 2021 AM Exchange in the Chamber Events listings for the entire year.
Signage with your company logo is placed at each AM Exchange host location.
Marketing also includes social media pushes on the Chamber's Facebook page and Twitter promoting the event and the presenting sponsor.
At each IMPACT Breakfast, the AM Exchange event, along with the Presenting Sponsor and host sponsor are recognized on the membership IMPACT Breakfast flyer on each table/chair.
In addition, receive a 2-minute commercial opportunity at each AM Exchange event and assist the Chamber Leadership Team in emceeing the event. This sponsorship takes place from March 2021 - February 2022.
2021 Event Format Policy
In 2021, monthly event hosts will be able to decide if they would like to host their events in-person or virtually, which we define as a hybrid event or virtual only. An email will be sent to you four weeks prior to your event stating the event format.
Virtual Event Extra Perks: If any of the monthly events go virtual, you will be able to pick one of the following virtual event perks per month
. Virtual events are defined as events that are held using an online platform with no in-person components.
1. E-Newsletter Banner Ad ($295 Value): Reach more than 3,300 business professionals in and around the Urbandale area through the Chamber's e-newsletter. The advertisement size is 1" x 8 1/2" full color and it hyperlinks to the sponsor's web site. On average, the e-newsletter has an open rate of 22.5%, which is +6% over the industry average, and a click rate of 8.66%, which is on par with the industry average.
2. E-Newsletter Article ($295 Value): Provide an educational article for the Chamber's e-newsletter to share your business's expertise with potentially over 3,300 different business professionals. This article would be a great way to share news about your organization or other information that only your business can provide.
3. "Get to Know Our Members" Facebook Post ($295 Value): Share your business with the over 4,600 followers of the Urbandale Chamber Facebook page with a post highlighting your business, a promotion, or an event of your choosing. You will need to provide the content, copy, and any hashtags you would like to promote. Your Facebook page will be tagged to encourage our followers to interact with your page. In addition, we will pay to boost the post to potentially reach an additional 1,500 people, for a total reach of potentially 6,100 people.
