Market your company to business professionals during this well-known women mentoring business event!
Recognition - Receive face-time recognition during the event by having the opportunity to address the attendees briefly before introducing our mentors. The sponsor's logo will be displayed on all promotional materials for the event and the sponsor may also distribute information to attendees on every chair.
In addition, display your products/services during the networking exhibition ($175 value) and provide bags with your company's logo for the attendees to keep their promotional items for the event, as provided. The sponsor may collect business cards to conduct a drawing from the podium if desired, but not required.
Prior to the mentoring event, sponsors will have their logo and/or business name in the event listing on the Urbandale, Johnston, and Grimes Chamber websites and on the Greater Des Moines Partnership's website.
The Presenting Sponsor will also receive a list of all attendees for post-event marketing purposes.
Event Perk - Receive three tickets to the event, a $75 value.
This sponsorship comes with the option to host the event (if applicable) Hosts provide a light breakfast and coffee/juice/water for the attendees and must have space to accommodate at least 50-80 people. The host location must be able to support a hybrid event with wifi and a projector.
If this event will be virtual to follow board policy, you will be contacted with additional virtual event perks at least three weeks prior to the event.
This event is scheduled for Thursday, March 25 from 8 am to 10:30 am.
