The Presenting Luncheon Sponsorship is perfect for a company interested in being in front of business professionals throughout the year.
This sponsorship includes the ability to record a video to invite members to each of the four luncheons (March, June, October, and January). Within this short marketing video for the luncheon, the sponsor will be able to communicate a company marketing message. This video will either be recorded using Zoom or recorded in-person at the Urbandale Chamber office.
This video is distributed using the Chamber's social media channels and emailed to every member receiving event emails (approximately 2,200). In addition, the video is embedded in the online listing promoting the event. This event listing is found on the Urbandale Chamber's event calendar on www.uniquelyurbandale.com and the Greater Des Moines Partnership's event calendar.
At each of the monthly events, the Presenting Sponsor has the opportunity for face-time exposure as the official event greeter at the Registration Table, have a display booth (if desired) located inside the room ($600 total value), and display a banner (as provided) near the registration table for people to see when they walk in. In addition, the Presenting Sponsor has the opportunity to distribute marketing materials on each chair during each event.
Presenting Sponsor logo will be visible at the top of each table tent detailing events. The Presenting Sponsor has the opportunity to welcome everyone at each of the luncheons explain that you are the Presenting Sponsor for the year and give a short, 1-minute marketing message.
This sponsorship includes two (2) tickets to attend each of the four luncheons, which is a $200 value. In addition, all company employees may attend at a discounted rate of $20 per person ($5 per person savings).
Lastly, the Presenting Sponsor receives an electronic list of all membership luncheon attendees concluding each luncheon for marketing purposes.
This high-value marketing opportunity includes $200 in complimentary tickets and $700 value in sponsorship booths. There is a lot of exposure packed into this sponsorship.

2021 Event Format Policy
In 2021, Chamber staff will decide if the event will be in-person or virtually based on board policy, which we define as a hybrid event or virtual only. An email will be sent to you four weeks prior to your event stating the event format.
Virtual Event Extra Perks: If the monthly event goes virtual, you will be able to pick one of the following virtual event perks. Virtual events are defined as events that are held using an online platform with no in-person components.
1. E-Newsletter Banner Ad ($295 value): Reach more than 3,300 business professionals in and around the Urbandale area through the Chamber's e-newsletter. The advertisement size is 1" x 8 1/2" full color and it hyperlinks to the sponsor's web site. On average, the e-newsletter has an open rate of 22.5%, which is +6% over the industry average, and a click rate of 8.66%, which is on par with the industry average.
2. E-Newsletter Article ($295 value): Provide an educational article for the Chamber's e-newsletter to share your business's expertise with potentially over 3,300 different business professionals. This article would be a great way to share news about your organization or other information that only your business can provide.
3. "Get to Know Our Members" Facebook Post ($295 value): Share your business with the over 4,600 followers of the Urbandale Chamber Facebook page with a post highlighting your business, a promotion, or an event of your choosing. You will need to provide the content, copy, and any hashtags you would like to promote. Your Facebook page will be tagged to encourage our followers to interact with your page. In addition, we will pay to boost the post to potentially reach an additional 1,500 people, for a total reach of potentially 6,100 people.
