Name of Sponsorship: West Metro's Largest Tailgate & Golf Tournament - Food Sponsor
Benefits: TRADE ONLY - Provide boxed lunches at this annual highly anticipated golf tournament where members from the Urbandale, Clive, and West Des Moines Chambers gather. This golf tournament sold out in 2020 proving, once again, that we are all looking for more FUN in our lives. We are seeking 45 boxed lunches from your business to be shared with our over 280 registered golfers and volunteers. One 6-foot table is provided for you, with signage, to promote your business, and thank you for providing the 45 lunches. Your business name will also be included on the event signage located at the registration tables. The food value is a gauge only - businesses can bring whatever type of food they believe would best showcase their business. Vendors who do not show the day of the event will be invoiced for $500 to cover food that would need to be purchased in their absence. FACE to FACE with golfers coming and going! Food vendors must be set up and ready to serve no later than 11 a.m. and must remain until the afternoon golfers tee off at 1 p.m. Or, food vendors can make arrangements to deliver their 45 box lunches that morning. A cooler or equivalent must be provided by the vendor due to the limited amount of cooling space at the golf course. Vendors must comply with the State of Iowa food safety guidelines. By signing this contract, food vendors hereby agree to indemnify and defend the Urbandale, Clive, and WDM Chambers of Commerce along with their agents and employees and save them harmless from and against any and all claims, loss, liability, and expense in connection with the loss of life, personal injury and damage to property arising from or out of the food served and space used by the company named in this contract. The term of this agreement shall be from August 26 thru August 26, 2021. Recognition - Company name on the electronic invitation mailed to all West Des Moines, Clive, and Urbandale members and signage at the table where food is served. Food Sponsors are encouraged to have menus available for additional promotion. This event is on August 26, 2021.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
