Name of Sponsorship: NEW! Pajama Poker Run - Presenting Sponsor
Benefits: Earn recognition for your company as a supporter of local retailers (and fun!) as the Presenting Sponsor for the Pajama Poker Run! The sponsor's logo will be prominently displayed on all promotional materials for the event including on the event map with all of the poker run stops, on the event listing, and event invitation that will be promoted both to Urbandale Chamber members (3,300) and the community. The sponsor will also receive naming rights for the event, i.e. Pajama Poker Run, Presented by (business name). In addition, provide bags with your company's logo for the attendees to keep their promotional items for the event and to carry with them as they complete the poker run. Feel free to fill the bag with a fun gift for each of the attendees (optional) The Presenting Sponsor will also receive a list of all attendees for post-event marketing purposes and four tickets to the event, a $100 value and be able to interact with attendees for additional face time when they are picking up their map and instructions.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com. Membership in the Urbandale Chamber is required at the time of the sponsorship.
