The Presenting IMPACT Breakfast Presenting Sponsorship is perfect for a company interested in being in front of business professionals throughout the year.
This sponsorship includes the ability to record a monthly video to invite members to each of the four breakfasts (April, July September, November & January). Within this short marketing video, the sponsor will be able to communicate a company marketing message. This video will either be recorded using Zoom or recorded in-person at the Urbandale Chamber office.
This video is distributed using the Chamber's social media channels and emailed to every member receiving event emails (approximately 2,200). In addition, the video is embedded in the online listing promoting the event. This event listing is found on the Urbandale Chamber's event calendar on www.uniquelyurbandale.com and the Greater Des Moines Partnership's event calendar.
At each of the monthly events, the Presenting Sponsor has the opportunity for face-time exposure as the official event greeter at the Registration Table, have a display booth (if desired) located inside the room ($525 total value), and display a banner (as provided) near the registration table for people to see when they walk in. In addition, the Presenting Sponsor has the opportunity to distribute marketing materials on each chair during each event.
The Presenting Sponsor logo will be visible at the top of each table tent detailing events. The Presenting Sponsor has the opportunity to welcome everyone at each of the breakfasts and explain that you are the Presenting Sponsor for the year and give a short, 1-minute marketing message.
This sponsorship includes two (2) tickets to attend each of the four breakfasts, which is a $200 value. In addition, all company employees may attend at a discounted rate of $20 per person ($5 pp savings).
Lastly, the Presenting Sponsor receives an electronic list of all membership breakfast attendees concluding each breakfast for marketing purposes.
This high-value marketing opportunity includes $200 in complimentary tickets and $700 value in sponsorship booths. There is a lot of exposure packed into this sponsorship.
