Name of Sponsorship: Sample Urbandale, A Celebration of Business - Food Sponsor
Benefits: TRADE ONLY- Provide your best appetizers at this highly anticipated event that draws approx 350 people each year! One 6-foot table will be provided for you, with signage, to promote your business by serving a minimum of 4 (four) tray sampling of food (350 ppl approx). The food serving portion of the event runs from 5-7 pm on Thursday, November 10, 2022. This sponsorship includes 2-tickets to the event for servers ($70 value). Discounted tickets are available for additional servers needed. The food value is a gauge only - businesses can bring whatever type of food they believe would best showcase their business. Vendors who do not show the day of the event will be invoiced for $500 to cover food that would need to be purchased in their absence. Disclaimer: Food vendors must be set up and ready to serve no later than 4:30 p.m. and must remain until the Awards Program begins at 7 pm. Vendors must comply with the State of Iowa food safety guidelines. By signing this contract, food vendors hereby agree to indemnify and defend the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce along with their agents and employees and save them harmless from and against any and all claims, loss, liability, and expense in connection with the loss of life, personal injury and damage to property arising from or out of the food served and space used by the company named in this contract. The term of this agreement shall be from November 10 - November 10, 2022. Virtual Option: TRADE ONLY- The sponsor agrees to provide approximately 200+ $5 gift cards, which we will distribute to ticket-holders of the 2021 Celebration of Business, Sample Urbandale virtual award program which will be broadcast on November 10, 2022. The sponsor agrees to arrange to drop off gift cards/coupons at the chamber office (or if you need us to pick them up please let us know). Please arrange to drop off the week of October 25th.

Sponsorships/Advertising are not refundable because the Chamber only reaches out to members one time per year. Sponsorships are sold on a first come, first serve basis and payment is due in 30-days unless otherwise noted. Refunds will not be issued and businesses are responsible for paying for the sponsorship/advertising. The contract signed is a binding contract and must be honored. Accounts not paid within 30 days of the due date are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Please direct any questions on this policy to tmenke@urbandalechamber.com.
